Sandro
Sandro is the founder of LAGOOON.
With his former label Eleganza, Sandro made waves across Switzerland as early as the 2000s, creating cult events that attracted a loyal party crowd. Fans would follow the Eleganza Boys— of which he was one half — to gigs all over the country, traveling by bus just to be part of the experience.
At the same time, Sandro built a successful career in the media and advertising industry, establishing an extensive network throughout Switzerland. He is currently Chief Revenue Officer at BSC Young Boys, Switzerland's largest football club, where he is responsible for marketing, sponsorship, merchandising, and ticketing.
As a DJ under the name ALENO, his sets are unmistakable — gracefully blending Afro, Melodic and Jackin’ House into a unique and captivating sound.
Jan
Jan is the co-founder of LAGOOON.
He has an incredible instinct for trends and makes no compromises — neither in music nor in building an event brand.
In his professional life, Jan holds a management position at one of Switzerland’s largest retail companies, overseeing multiple shopping centers across the canton. Creative and sustainable event execution is part of his daily routine.
As Zunder, he is also active as a music artist and can be booked together with ALENO as a dynamic DJ duo.
Yannick
Yannick is the content manager of LAGOOON.
With over 10 years of experience in communication, content creation, and event management, he combines strategic thinking with creative storytelling.
Having worked on international projects and with multicultural teams, he has developed a sharp eye for crafting messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
His strength lies in creating content that captivates, inspires and truly connects.
Lukas
Lukas is responsible for event technology and website management at LAGOOON.
With years of experience in the event industry, he combines hands-on technical expertise with a deep understanding of sound and light systems and digital platforms.
Whether it’s sound, lighting, stage setups or web infrastructure – Lukas ensures that both - the live experience and the online presence - run smoothly and professionally.
His reliability and know-how make him a cornerstone of the team.
Karin
Karin is responsible for visual design and art at LAGOOON.
A graduate of the Zurich School of Fashion Design and a multidisciplinary artist, Karin is best known for her vibrant mixed-media artworks on surfboards and her signature dot art style.
Her creativity knows no bounds — she’s a painter, illustrator, graphic designer, hand-lettering artist and more. Karin thrives on experimentation and works across a wide range of media.
She also designed a limited series of jewelry, crafted by a family-run business in Germany using recycled and sustainable gold.
Karin brings color, soul and a distinct artistic touch to everything she creates at LAGOOON.
